Office Hours Do I need to register for a program or can I just stop by?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n All visitors are required to pre-register for a program – simply click on the event of your choice on the\u00a0Program Calendar<\/a> for additional information and registration! All children must be accompanied by an adult. The WCC reserves the right to cancel and refund any program due to a lack of registrants. We do not accommodate drop-by visitors.<\/p>\n I can no longer attend the program for which I registered. Can I cancel\/switch\/get a refund?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n We ask that registrants notify us of a need to cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before the start of the scheduled program. We cannot issue a refund or reschedule unless we receive advance notice. Refunds incur a $5 processing fee, as stated in your confirmation email.<\/p>\n Please note: for Sleeping with Wolves programs, we require at least seven days’ notice. The processing fee for this program is $10.<\/p>\n Whether or not your request falls within the refund window, we do ask that you notify us if you are no longer able to attend the program so that we can notify our educators accordingly.<\/p>\n The program I’d like to attend is full. Can I be added to a waitlist?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Thank you for your interest in our programs! We can absolutely add you to a waitlist. Please provide us with the following information:<\/p>\n I never received a confirmation email for my program. Do I need to print tickets?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Please check your spam folder as our emails are sometimes automatically sorted there. We do not have physical tickets, but if you are missing a confirmation email please do call us to confirm that your registration went through successfully.<\/p>\n How do I register for a Sleeping with Wolves program?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Registration for our Sleeping with Wolves programs can be completed on our website<\/a>. These programs are quite popular and fill up quickly, so we recommend that you register well in advance. We are always happy to add you to a waitlist if all the tents are booked.<\/p>\n Sleeping with Wolves only runs between May – October and we are not able to offer additional events outside that period.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em>How do I purchase a gift certificate for a program?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, please email us with your request, and include the following information:<\/p>\n We will then send you an invoice link, and upon receipt of payment, we will email you a gift certificate.<\/p>\n I symbolically adopted a wolf but haven’t received anything in the mail.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Please double-check which adoption level you purchased, as our “Friend” adoption level ($25) is Digital Only. If you purchased a Sponsor, Guardian, or Steward level and have not yet received your package, please call us.<\/p>\n I want to plan a program a few months out, but don’t see anything on the calendar. How do I sign up?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n We only post our programs about 4-6 weeks ahead of time. Please check back within that timeframe of your intended visit to see our available programs.<\/p>\n Do you accept wolves\/wolfdog hybrids?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n We do not accept wolves\/wolfdog hybrids into our program, as we are a conservation center focused on the recovery of endangered species of wolves.<\/p>\n How do I inquire about a partnership or sponsorship with the Wolf Conservation Center?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Please visit our Corporate Partners and Sponsors<\/a> page and complete the Partnership Inquiry form.<\/p>\n\t\t
